Crochet Quilt
Crochet quilts are visually incredible but not always time consuming. Don’t be confused by a granny square blanket. The crochet quilts are usually made up of patch work. Free Form crochet can be used to make odd shapes and you figure out how they go together. They are time consuming to some degree and require patience but the reward of a well done Crochet Quilt will leave feeling like “The Bell Of The Ball!”
Pros & Cons
- Knowledge of stitches is a must as odd shapes working together may need a different type of stitch here and there.
- Will take much longer than a Granny Square Blanket but depending on your level will produce a blanket that could be sold off for high value and considered a valuable piece of art.
- Excellent jig saw like item to follow. It will test your patience and really give you a sense of satisfaction when it's all said and done.

i just want to say generally...THANK YOU for all the wonderful patterns u have been supplying me with. They are truly amazing and i love the challenge of learning new stitches / techniques. I've made many wonderful items and have been approached by passers by and by shops enquiring where they can purchase them. I wish i had the time to make many items so many wonderful projects...so little time in the day. but thank you and God bless for all your work supplying these patterns to our inboxes very grateful

I am making a queen size blanket doing a block pattern, it is easy but it's still takes a long time.

I can't seem to find patterns listed by "beginner", they are just mixed in with everything else which means you have to click on everything to find the beginner patterns. Am I missing something or is this justthe way it is? Thanks, Tiff.

I think this is an excellent site!! So many crochet sites charge you money to just see the pattern, or picture. This site is awesome. If you don't know how to crochet before viewing, then go learn first, but this is an excellent site when you're ready to do some easy and pretty patterns, or even the more difficult ones too. Thank you for making this website.
