Southwestern Crochet Cowl
Inspired by the American southwest, this crocheted cowl is a beautiful crochet design that's perfect for any season. The Southwestern Crochet Cowl looks nice in variegated yarn, but any color worsted weight yarn would work well for this free pattern. This crocheted cowl is a bit smaller than a typical crocheted scarf, but still does a great job at keeping your neck warm and toasty. Dress up this crochet cowl pattern by adding a picot or scalloped edging.

This is a clever project. I like it in the colors chosen by the designer, but this would also look cute in a denim yarn or a buckskin color. One of my grown granddaughters really loves the Western fashion look, and Ill pass this pattern on to her. Shes a rising college senior, so she has a little bit of time this summer while traveling.

Not a big fan of cowls as they are usually big and bulky. This one, however, looks perfect to keep my neck warm and look nice with my coat. The pattern looks easy enough and will be a nice project for spring or summer to have ready when cool weather hits.

A great little project to use some leftover yarns. Pattern worked up very quickly and was very easy to understand. Love it when a project turns out the way it is supposed to. Sizing with the yarn I used was spot on also and looks great. Cant wait to pair it with my jeans and a denim jacket.

This is a much more understated piece because it's not so big and bulky but just enough to provide coverage and a little bit of warmth. This type of cowl is great to wear over your tunic or your blouse and wear indoors. That's why I like this! The colors are amazing as well.
