I know I have a lot to be grateful for and sometimes we do need a gentle reminder to keep that in the front of our mind. By placing these in a pocket or on a surface you have access to a lot - these little crochet gratitude stones will encourage you to be thankful.

Are there really stones inside those crochet sachets? Well, whatever these are for, these Gratitude Stones seems to be fun to make. I'm attracted to the colors of the yarn used and you can actually use any vibrant color of yarn you fancy for this project. Happy crocheting.

Worry stones might be stretching it a little bit. Stones are hard and these are soft and squishy and more like a stress or worry square. The video is very well presented and if anyone is going to make these squishys, I recommend watching the video. This is a very quick and easy project.

These are more Gratitude Pillows than stones. The short video shows exactly how to work these up as well as stuffing and slip stitching each end. Dont make the mistake I made on my first oneI didnt leave nearly enough of a tail to stitch it closed. I dont know if the recipient will be any more relaxed, but a good half hour with my hooks does the trick for me.

Not really sure that these qualify as stones, but more like stress puffs. They look very quick and easy to make and could be made with very little leftover yarn scraps from previous projects you have made and a couple of cotton balls. They would indeed keep your hands busy which would direct your mind to something other than your stress.
