this is for joybrick6429325 and julkeegan4905235....I'm sure that you have figured out by now(I finally clued into the dates), that what you read referred to an increase. So, 2hdc in first st (inc made), 1 hdc, 1 hdc (long way of saying 1hdc in each of next 2 sts)...and repeat from the "inc" around.

I am wondering the same thing as Julkeegan 4905235. The directions for this patten is very confusing. I did this rnd 1 after completing the band, but it seems to be too many stitches. Can anyone help me. I am wondering if it shouldn't read *2hdc in next stitch, and 1 hdc in each of nest 2sts. repeat from * around.

I wondering about Rnd 1 (after completing the band) where you say: * 2hdc in next st, 2hdc in each of next 2sts, repeat from * around. Is it not the same as just saying 2hdc in each remaining stitch? Or what am I missing? Thanks.
