I can hardly believe that yesterday was the first fay of Fall. As a retired school teacher, for me Autumn meant bringing out the decorations to get ready for school. So this brings back fond memories. The design does not require a lot of material and I just happen to have some that will work from a previous project. I think this will be my week end project.

It is refreshing to see that one project can inspire another. I think making a matching dish cloth to accompany the scrubbie was a wonderful idea. Now that it is almost fall and for a lot of people think of apples and fall go hand in hand this would be a great gift for almost any occasion.

Oh boy! I wish I would have found this sooner! There is a special person who is an occupational therapist at my son's high school, who just so happens to be a friend of mine AND was my son's OT! She's got kids of her own in school, and volunteers so much of her time there. Is there anything more apropos than the classic apple? These look like a blast to make, and even more so, to package them up in such a cute way!

Perfect gift for the teacher. Whether it be a back-to-school gift, end-of-the-year gift, birthday gift, or a just because you are appreciated gift. This it so unique. These little cuties are definitely at the top of my list to make and they take so little yarn and time. Great little scrubbies.
