Heres a clever little accessory my teens are going to love working up! This project would work for just about any color or type of worsted yarn. I would change the initial chain and first row to a Foundation Single Crochet instead. The rest is a snap. Just follow the simple directions and check your stitch counts at the end of each row.

I wonder if this scarf is like the potato chip saying you cant eat just one except that it is you cant make just one. This is a very different and unique accessory item that would go great with your casuals like jeans and short. I can be creative and try different yarn colors and patterns and textures.

I would probably choose to size up in as far as my hook size, just so I can get a super squishy and pliable end result. What a different type of scarf pattern we have offered here with the aptly named "Wavy Potato Chip" scarf. I wonder, could this be done with a couple more rows to make it just a tad bit wider? This is more of a fashion scarf versus a cold weather scarf.
