Gee I think this is SO PRETTY! Even the color is perfect for me. I am not familiar with Caron yarn here in South Africa but I do have some gorgeous soft bamboo yarn in a very similar shade and I think it may just work very well. The only thing I am not at all sure about are the big jumps in the bust sizes given, 6 inches between sizes. I would really love to hear from anyone who has already made it about whether the sizes are fairly accurate. Thanks!

This is a must make!

Thank You to the one who posted this pattern was also at caron.com...Every click from this site had me going around in circles. Could not download it. Beautiful pattern..thanks...Diane

@gower45 2970433, Please click on the link above that says "click here for crochet pattern." You will be directed to our sister site, FaveCrafts, where you will find the full pattern available for free. I hope this helps! --editors of AllFreeCrochet

I logged into Fave Crafts and still could not find the pattern. I find this problem frequently. I must be missing something.

The original pattern is at the site listed below. http://www.caron.com/projects/ss/ss_duster.html

Thanks! I too was going in circles. It really annoys me to have a site say 'click here' for whatever it is I want, and instead of going to that specified site, I have to visit other places and search for what I want. I love this site, but that is a big turn off.

cant get this pattern just takes me to different site help

I made this about 2 years ago, though I did lengthen the sleeves to full length. It was very easy to make. It looks great with a nice dress, or jeans. I want to make another in a different color.

I have just printed out this pattern and i can't wait to get to the yarn shop tomorrow and get started, thanks for the pattern

I love this! I am going to make the length only to the upper thigh though.

I downloaded and printed this pattern several months ago. I loved it an planned on making one for myself. I think it is beautiful

As soon as I saw this duster I said WOW, I got to do this. And I am ASAP.

I made this duster in a hunter green for St. Patrick's day this year. I love it. I found it easy to make as well. When I get some time from other projects I want to make it in another color.

Hi chaugen 3763981 - Yes, tr means triple crochet. -The editors of AllFreeCrochet

I made this duster in red for my daughter-in-law. It worked up really quick and is lovely. I had to add to the length on the sleeves. Working by the pattern, the sleeves only came to the elbow. I wanted it to have 3/4 sleeves. I think my dil will love this. Thanks for the fantastic pattern. I'll make one after Christmas for me. Have to get the Christmas gifts done first. Thanks, again. Joyce

what I need to know is what does tr mean in this pattern? I have never heard of that except in the ways of triple crochet? is that correct? thankyou ch

I'm in the process of making this duster and WOW! Very easy pattern to follow and just beautiful so far! Love it!
